What delivery methods do you offer?

🇫🇷 DELIVERY IN FRANCE:

BYE BYE 15€ DELIVERY... HELLO THE RELAY POINT !


For several months now, we have been working on new delivery methods, in particular the relay point. Why do you want to do this?

- To reduce your delivery costs
- To avoid having to block your mornings to collect your parcel at home
- To allow our Corsican customers to order on our website (this region is not covered by Chronofresh)


How does it work?


01- Place your order on our website

02- Choose the delivery method "Delivery in relay point - 24/48h".

03- Choose the most suitable relay point for yourself

04- You will be notified when your order has arrived at its destination. Be sure to pick it up the same day, otherwise the cold chain may be broken!


Your order will come with a lovely recycled and reusable isothermal box. Don't throw it away and use it for picnics and/or travel 🥪

Was home delivery by Chronofresh just right for you?

 

Don't worry, we still offer this method of delivery! Don't forget to make sure that someone is present at the delivery location to pick up your order.

JAY&JOY IS NOW AVAILABLE IN GERMANY AND SOON IN EUROPE !

 

Based on the many messages we received from our German customers, the #1 goal for 2022 was to offer delivery in Germany and neighbouring countries*. We look forward to pampering you with our Jay&Joy packages 🥰

*For the moment, only Germany is eligible for delivery outside France, but the list of other countries is coming soon!

 

How does it work?


01- Place your order on our website

02- Choose the delivery method "Delivery within Germany - 24/48h".

03- Your parcel will arrive in the morning, please make sure that someone is present at the delivery site to collect your order.


Your order will come with a lovely recycled and reusable isothermal box. Don't throw it away and use it for picnics and/or travel 🥪

When will I receive my order?

🇪🇺 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY JAY&JOY ORDER? :

Our collection service takes place every Tuesday and Thursday. This means that :

- For orders placed between Thursday and Monday, shipment will be made on Tuesday at 12 noon.
- For orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday, shipment will be made on Thursday at 12:00.


Please allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery. Please note that your order can be shipped at the next pick-up, depending on our available stocks. Please also note that we allow a maximum of 9 working days between the order being placed on our website and the arrival of the parcel at your home (or other).

 

Home delivery:

A delivery person will personally come and hand over your package.

You are invited to check the apparent condition of your package and the products upon delivery. In the event of damage or loss due to the transport of goods, it is up to you to make any observations or reservations, or even to refuse the product(s) concerned by specifying the reason on the delivery note.

Delivery in a relay point:

The advantage with the point relay is that your order will arrive in the morning at the relay of your choice! However, it is very important that you collect your parcel the same day it is delivered, or you risk breaking the cold chain. The freshness of our products would then no longer be guaranteed!

Vos Jay&Joy ne semblent pas fonctionnels visuellement parlant. Nous vous laissons prendre une photo et l'envoyer à [email protected]. Après analyse de notre part, vous bénéficierez soit d'un avoir, soit d'une nouvelle commande dès que possible !

Your Jay&Joy's are visually beautiful but you didn't like them. Unfortunately, and in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Codeyou do not have a right of withdrawal to return your order, due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products.
