JAY & JOY DELIVERY TERMS :

The stages of your Jay&Joy order

Receiving your Jay&Joy order

Our collection service takes place every Tuesday and Thursday. This means that :

 

  • - For orders placed between Thursday and Monday, the shipment will be made on Tuesday at 12 noon.
  •  
  • - For orders placed on Tuesday and Wednesday, the shipment will be made on Thursday at 12 noon.

Allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery. Please note that your order may be dispatched at the next pick-up, depending on our available stocks. You should also know that we allow ourselves a maximum of 9 working days between the order being placed on our site and the arrival of the parcel at your home (or other).

DELIVERY OF YOUR JAY&JOY ORDER

Your order will be delivered by our transport partner Chronopost, which offers a refrigerated transport service at home! The cold chain will be respected and checked regularly.

 

Your parcel will arrive the day after it was sent before 1pm. If delays are expected by the carrier, don't panic: the cold chain will be respected in any case.

 

And if it is not respected? Your package will be cancelled and you will receive a new one!

RECEIPT OF YOUR JAY&JOY ORDER

A delivery person will personally come and deliver your package.

 

You are invited to check the apparent condition of your package and the products on delivery. In the event of damage or loss due to the transport of goods, it is your responsibility to make any observations or reservations on the signed delivery note, a copy of which will be given to you, or even to refuse the product(s) concerned by specifying the reason on the delivery note.

Your Jay&Joy's are visually beautiful but you didn't like them. Unfortunately, and in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer CodeL. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you do not have a right of withdrawal to return your order, due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products.
